We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our veterinary team and be the first point of contact for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and via email, providing exceptional service with a positive attitude.
Schedule and manage appointments efficiently, including follow-ups and reminders.
Answer client inquiries regarding pet care, services, and clinic policies.
Maintain accurate client and patient records in our database.
Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Handle client concerns or complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary, medical, or pet-related setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling software.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Compassion for animals and their owners.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in animal care is a plus.
