We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our veterinary team and be the first point of contact for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients in person, by phone, and via email, providing exceptional service with a positive attitude.
  • Schedule and manage appointments efficiently, including follow-ups and reminders.
  • Answer client inquiries regarding pet care, services, and clinic policies.
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records in our database.
  • Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
  • Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Handle client concerns or complaints professionally, escalating when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a veterinary, medical, or pet-related setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling software.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassion for animals and their owners.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in animal care is a plus.
