Training Center Administrator
PetOne Veterinary Training Center – Addison, IL

Are you passionate about veterinary medicine and education? PetOne Veterinary Training Center, a pioneer in hands-on continuing education for NVA members, is seeking a motivated and versatile Training Center Administrator to support our programs and help bring educational events to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of Continuing Education (CE) events, including setting up training environment to include medical equipment and learning environments.
  • Perform veterinary technician duties during events involving live animals, including patient restraint, IV catheter placement, blood draws, and anesthesia monitoring.
  • Coordinate the arrival and care of rescue animals used in training, prioritizing their welfare throughout the process.
  • Maintain a clean and professional environment, including floor care, restroom sanitation, breakroom upkeep, and instrument sterilization.
  • Manage social media accounts and contribute to the NVA community page, creating and posting engaging, on-brand content.
  • Provide general logistical and administrative support to ensure smooth event operations.

Position Details:

  • Part-time: 20–30 hours per week: dynamic schedule will vary week to week with potential for full time in the future.

  • Location: Onsite at PetOne Veterinary Training Center, Addison, IL
  • The base hourly range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

About You:

·         Veterinary Experience: 2+ years in a clinical setting, with skills in patient restraint, IV placement, blood draws, and anesthesia monitoring. CVT preferred.

·         Organized and Reliable: You excel at planning, setting up, and supporting events. You keep things on track and take initiative without needing close supervision.

·         Animal-Focused: You handle rescue animals with care and ensure their safety and well-being during events.

·         Tech-Savvy: Comfortable managing social media accounts and creating engaging content using tools like Canva or Meta Business Suite.

·         Team Player: You communicate clearly, adapt easily, and enjoy collaborating in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

·         Education-Driven: You're passionate about veterinary learning and take pride in supporting high-quality training experiences.
