Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Hospital Manager to support the daily operations of our veterinary hospital. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills. This role involves working closely with the hospital manager and the veterinary team to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient hospital procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the hospital manager in overseeing the daily operations of the veterinary hospital.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care, billing, and inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with veterinary regulations and hospital policies.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Support the implementation of marketing initiatives to promote hospital services.
  • Collaborate with veterinarians and staff to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, veterinary technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a veterinary environment or healthcare setting is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
