Job Description

NVA is looking for an enthusiastic Campus Recruiter centrally located in the United States for a remote position with travel.  


You'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of veterinary medicine by building relationships with key students and faculty at Colleges of Veterinary Medicine. Get ready for an exciting, remote-based position that involves up to 70% travel during peak seasons and the flexibility to embrace evening and weekend events.  

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop relationships with students and faculty to drive engagement and build candidate pipelines at identified Colleges of Veterinary Medicine  
  • Plan, market, and execute engaging campus recruiting events 
  • Hire, lead and inspire a squad of student ambassadors who are as passionate as you are about the veterinary industry 
  • Unleash your creativity in crafting marketing collateral, from presentations to signage, invitations, and promotional items 
  • Track program metrics and use insights to shape innovative recruiting strategies 
  • Promote NVA’s business model, culture, and opportunities to student candidates, including presenting to large groups of students in-person and virtually 
  • Collaborate with internal leadership team to define and execute recruiting strategies to further our reach and engagement

What makes you a good fit?  

  • You’ve got 3+ years of experience in academic relations and/or the veterinary industry  
  • You’re passionate about the veterinary industry and NVA, and you're ready to ignite that passion in students 
  • You’re proficient with applicant tracking systems (bonus points for Avature knowledge!) and MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
  • Organization and communication are your super powers 
  • You thrive in a remote position with travel (up to 70% in peak season) and don't mind bringing your A-game on weekends and evenings 
  • You live within commutable distance to a major airport
  • Preferred: a bachelor’s degree

The base salary range for this full-time position is $75,000-$90,000. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a periodic bonus. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location.
