Bramer Animal Hospital is looking for a Full time Associate Veterinarian to join their 6-doctor, respected AAHA-certified practice that offers a terrific, supportive working environment!  New Grads Encouraged to Apply!



We are looking for a full-time veterinarian at Bramer Animal Hospital. You will work alongside well-trained team members who will assist you in your development as a doctor and in making a difference in the lives of pets and people. Join our team with access to the latest equipment- digital radiographs and digital dental radiographs, and full in-house lab work. Over 50% of our patients are cats, so if you secretly believe that felines are superior pets, we’re definitely the place you want to practice.

For new graduates of the classes of 2021 and 2022, this position will be included in the NVA Illinois Mentorship Program. In this program, our ADVMs will have access to:

  • One on one surgical and medical support from Dr. Sandra Faeh, current VP of AVMA, an NVA practice owner, and Illinois Mentor
  • Suite of wellness programming focusing on stress management and cultivating a balanced approach to your life
  • Cohort of other new graduate ADVMs in Illinois with planned social events, team bonding, and engagement, regardless of current clinic worked in 

In this role you will:

  • Work closely with our clients and their pets
  • Provide patients with a high level of patient care
  • Work in a team environment
  • Possess a broad knowledge veterinary medicine
  • Use good judgment in patient assessment, diagnostics and therapeutics planning, along with the ability to identify and communicate this knowledge to team members and clients
