Atlantic Veterinary Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our collaborative and experienced team in beautiful Rothesay, New Brunswick. With a strong support staff, a positive clinic culture, and a commitment to high-quality medicine, this is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian looking to grow in a supportive environment.

Our four-doctor team is passionate about patient care and continuously investing in the tools and technology needed to support excellent medicine, including advanced surgical laser capabilities for procedures such as nares and soft palate resections.

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with clients through compassionate communication and education
  • Perform physical examinations, diagnostics, surgery, dentistry, and medical procedures
  • Develop treatment plans and provide preventative care recommendations
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
  • Stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine
  • Contribute positively to the hospital culture and community reputation

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited university
  • Eligibility for veterinary licensure in Canada
  • Commitment to high-quality medicine and patient care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
