What We Offer:

  • Base salary of $110,000 - $160,000 depending on experience

  • Production-based bonuses 

  • Sign-on, relocation & retention bonuses

  • Full benefits package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k + match

  • PTO, paid CE days, and generous CE allowance
