What You’ll Do

• Provide ambulatory veterinary services with a focus on sports medicine, lameness evaluation, diagnostic imaging, and preventative care.

• Build long-term partnerships with clients through exceptional communication and trusted relationships with owners, trainers, and barns.

• Collaborate with associates, interns, techs, and referral hospitals to deliver comprehensive care.

• Share your expertise and ideas to fuel innovation and elevate patient outcomes.


Who You Are

• DVM/VMD, licensed or eligible for licensure in California.

• Internship-trained with at least one year of equine clinical experience.

• Passionate about equine sports medicine and performance horse care.

• Strong communicator, collaborative by nature, and excited to mentor others.

• Comfortable in an ambulatory-only practice model with referrals for advanced imaging and surgical cases.

• Adaptable to California’s cost of living (our compensation package reflects this).


Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $120,000+ (commensurate with experience).

• Production Bonus: 26% on collected revenue.

• Relocation & Signing Support: Case-by-case relocation assistance, plus potential signing bonus.
