Carson Valley Veterinary Hospital is seeking a board-certified veterinary surgeon to step into a high-impact, growth-oriented role within our thriving, multi-doctor hospital in Gardnerville, Nevada. This is a rare opportunity to lead and expand surgical services in a collaborative, state-of-the-art environment with immediate caseload and long-term vision.

You’ll be supported by 15 experienced DVMs across general practice and emergency services, providing a consistent and diverse surgical caseload from day one.

The Role


  • Perform advanced soft tissue and orthopedic procedures
  • Collaborate closely with referring DVMs to ensure seamless case management
  • Lead the growth and refinement of surgical services
  • Mentor and elevate the surgical knowledge of the clinical team
