ABOUT THE WELLNESS TEAM:

The Wellness Team is part of the Operational Excellence group within NVA and is responsible for the growth and performance of NVA’s annual preventative care wellness offerings.

These offerings provide pets with inclusive, quality wellness care while giving clients the ability to spread the cost of care over 12 months. Additional benefits of wellness plans include more patient visits, better care, and more loyal clients. Wellness care is the right thing to do for pets, pet parents, and our business.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are adding a Business Product Manager to drive performance and implement enhancements to NVA’s wellness offerings. The role’s primary objective is to own the core value proposition of our wellness products, ensuring a seamless and valuable experience for both clients and clinicians. You will also own the wellness product roadmap of future innovations to our offerings.

As the Business Product Manager you will drive innovation and excellence. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be instrumental in crafting a product roadmap that reflects the evolving needs of our users. Your strategic insights will not only shape the future direction of our offerings but also ensure our position as a leader in the pet wellness industry. This role demands a forward-thinking individual who can navigate complex challenges, inspire teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Success for the Business Product Manager role will be measured based on the following metrics:

        Client and hospital satisfaction (NPS)

        Wellness enrollment and renewal performance

        Wellness financial performance

Essential Competencies and Functions:

·       Obsession with client and clinician experience

o   Take ownership of the core value proposition of our preventative care wellness plan for pets

o   Continuously assess and refine the client and clinician experience

·       User feedback integration

o   Collect feedback from user groups and stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns

o   Incorporate feedback into a prioritized product roadmap to drive continuous improvement

·       Performance analysis

o   Analyze and explain the performance of the product/service

o   Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall performance

  • Product strategy leadership

o   Lead the development and execution of the product strategy

o   Integrate new offerings seamlessly into the existing product/service ecosystem

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

·       Bachelor’s degree

·       3 years of product management experience

·       Demonstrated ability to drive results in a variety of settings

·       Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

·       Excellent communication and leadership abilities

·       Keen attention to detail

·       Ability to work cross-functionally with many different stakeholders

      10-15% travel to sites and meetings

·       Technologically savvy – experience using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.




PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

·       Previous experience in veterinary medicine, retail, or multi-site healthcare operations

·       Previous experience with management and growth of subscription / recurring revenue-based businesses

Compensation

The base compensation range is $100,000-$130,000 with opportunity for bonus and benefits.  #LI-REMOTE
