We’re seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician— to step into a key nursing role as the hospital’s primary technician while we grow.

About the Role:
As a Veterinary Technician, you will serve as the backbone of patient care, leading by example with your skills, confidence, and initiative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, taking ownership of their work, and being a critical part of a growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in surgery, anesthesia, dentistry, and routine procedures.
  • Assist doctors with exams, diagnostics, and treatments.
  • Perform advanced nursing skills, including IV catheter placement, blood draws, and radiology.
  • Oversee the organization of the treatment and surgery areas to ensure efficiency.
  • Take initiative to problem-solve and contribute to improving workflows as we grow.
  • Help set the tone for a positive hospital culture through teamwork and adaptability.

      What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience Required: 2+ years as a Veterinary Technician, preferably in a lead or advanced role.
  • Certification Preferred: CVT or equivalent credentials (license reimbursement available).
  • An independent thinker and problem-solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • A technician who’s ready to be the go-to nursing expert as we grow the team.
  • Someone who is adaptable, proactive, and excited to take on a fresh start with us.
