Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a compassionate professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and shares our commitment to the highest standards in veterinary medicine and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist veterinarians in examinations, surgeries, and procedures

Perform anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery

Collect and process laboratory samples (blood, urine, fecal, etc.)

Take digital radiographs and dental radiographs

Administer medications and treatments as directed

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Educate clients on proper care, post-operative instructions, and preventive health

Ensure cleanliness and organization of exam rooms, treatment areas, and surgical suites

Mentor veterinary assistants and support staff

Comply with all safety and regulatory standards
Qualifications:

Current Illinois Veterinary Technician License (CVT) required

Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology program

1+ years of clinical experience preferred but new graduates welcome

Strong technical, communication, and multitasking skills

Ability to work well independently and within a team

The base hourly range for this position is $17- $25.00 Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
