Client Service Representative Role Requirements

  • 1+ years customer service experience required
  • Veterinary hospital experience a plus
  • An employee in this position must have a sense of caring for animals and their owners
  • Professional communication skills

Client Service Representative Responsibilities

  • Assist with checking in clients/patients
  • Answering phones
  • Replying to client emails
  • Relaying medical information to clients
  • Generally assisting with the day-to-day operation of the hospital
  • Communicating client concerns with the medical staff
  • The base hourly range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role and level of responsibilities. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a periodic bonus.
