Client Care Coordinator

Southeast Veterinary Oncology & Internal Medicine

Job Description

Are you passionate about people, pets, and providing exceptional service?
Looking for a role with great benefits, work/life balance, and a supportive team culture?

We’re searching for a Client Care Coordinator (CCC) to join our pet-loving team at Southeast Veterinary Oncology & Internal Medicine! Our CCCs are the heart of our hospital — the first and last friendly faces our clients see and a key part of ensuring a smooth, compassionate experience for every pet and family we serve.

About Us:
We are a specialty hospital focused on oncology and internal medicine, with locations in Orange Park and Jacksonville, Florida. We believe in fostering a team-centered environment built on positivity, collaboration, and respect. Our work is serious, but our environment is welcoming and supportive.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position (four weekdays per week).
We are closed on weekends and major holidays — because we believe your time outside of work matters too.

Please note: Shifts may be scheduled at either our Orange Park or Jacksonville location depending on hospital needs.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who is:

  • Professional, reliable, and organized

  • Positive, approachable, and motivated

  • Detail-oriented and computer savvy

  • Compassionate toward both people and pets

  • A true team player who believes in lifting others up

Preferred Experience:

  • Recent experience in a veterinary hospital or animal care setting is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate with a passion for learning.

  • Familiarity with EzyVet is a bonus!

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Greet and guide pet families through their hospital visit, ensuring a warm, caring experience

  • Answer a multi-line phone system with professionalism and care

  • Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments

  • Present and explain service fees; handle payments and invoicing

  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records and client communication

  • Support the medical team in ensuring top-tier patient care

  • Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and hospital environment (inside and outside)

  • Lend a hand wherever needed — because teamwork makes a difference!

Physical Requirements:
This role involves being on your feet for much of the day and maintaining hospital cleanliness — we all pitch in to keep our space looking and feeling great.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay and benefits package, including:

    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

    • Disability and life insurance

    • Uniform allowance

    • Pet health care discounts

    • Paid time off and holidays

  • A positive, supportive team that values collaboration and kindness

  • The opportunity to be part of meaningful, life-changing care for pets and their families
