Job Description

Bramer Animal Hospital is a busy 3 doctor, AAHA accredited small animal hospital located in Evanston, IL. We are looking for an outgoing, friendly, organized, multi-tasker to fit our Client Care Representative Team.

Our CCRs are responsible for performing many tasks throughout the day including answering our phone lines, invoicing clients, scheduling and confirming appointments, completing medical follow up and reminder phone calls, alerting our medical team when an appointment arrives, preparing medications requests and educating our clients. The perfect candidiate will be able to handle these multiple tasks effortlessly while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast paced environment while provided with the support and resources to ensure they are successful in their role.

Our CCR Team is able to develop close relationships with our wonderful clients. We want our clients (and of course, our patients) to feel welcomed from the moment they enter the hospital. Communication, courtesy and kindness is very important and exemplying compassion and empathy to our clients and patients alike allows us to stand apart from the rest. We are looking for a candidate who understands the importance of professionalism in a service-oriented business and exhibits this quality in their work. Compensation & Benefits Plan: Competitive hourly salary based on experience, Group health insurance, Vacation, Sick & Holiday pay, Pet Discount program, & Annual Uniform allowance.

Schedule: Days and hours will vary, however some evenings and Saturdays are mandatory. This is a full time position (30-40 hours/week) however, we may be open to part time (under 30 hours/week) for the right candidate. Applicants with flexible availability is strongly preferred.

Salary: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour depending on previous experience
