Middlesex County Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team! What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients, answer phones, and schedule appointments with a focus on providing exceptional client service.
  • Handle client inquiries, concerns, and needs with empathy and professionalism.
  • Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and client education regarding our Fear Free protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage client files in our practice management system.
  • Support a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
