Job Posting: Client Care Representative

We are on the lookout for a compassionate, service-oriented Client Care Representative to join our dynamic team. Our hospital is dedicated to providing exceptional veterinary care with a personal touch. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our pet owners, embodying the warmth and professionalism that Big Sky Animal Medical Center is known for.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and enthusiasm.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, providing responsive service and support.
  • Schedule appointments, handle billing inquiries, and process payments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Provide information on hospital services, policies, and procedures.
  • Collect and manage patient records with confidentiality and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or client care, preferably in a veterinary or medical office setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to make clients feel welcome and at ease.
  • Proficiency in using computers and standard office software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A compassionate nature and a genuine love for animals.
