Job Description

Minooka Animal hospital is looking for a Full- Time (32-40 Hours a week) Client Service Representative (Receptionist) to join our Team. Our ideal candidate would be friendly, outgoing and welcoming to all of our clients. Customer service experience in an Animal Clinic Setting is required. Typical hours would be 6:45am-1pm or 8:30am-2pm and Evening Shifts 2:30- 7pm and a minimum of 2 Saturdays a month. We are looking for a candidate specifically with Friday evening and Saturday AM availability. Computer and phone skills are an important part of the position as well as being able to work in team focused environment. The main tasks of the position include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, as well greeting client and pets. Must be willing to work in an upbeat and animal friendly environment. The candidate must have worked in a Vet clinic for at least a year and being familiar with Avi-mark is a plus.
