Job Description

Premier South Shore Massachusetts Equine Veterinary Practice is seeking dedicated full-time or part-time Client Service Representatives to support our diverse clients and skilled veterinarians. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications via phone, email, and text.
  • Schedule appointments with precision and efficiency.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Use Practice Management software to document all interactions.
  • Handle accounts receivable:
    • Send invoices and statements.
    • Discuss balances with clients.
    • Collect and process payments.
  • Process payments, email invoices, and provide receipts.
  • Prepare client estimates as instructed by veterinarians.
  • Organize and scan documentation into client records.
  • Prepare and send postal correspondence.
  • Maintain office organization, including stocking brochures and ensuring cleanliness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager or Veterinarians.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Mature professional with several years of client-facing experience in a service or retail setting.
  • Skilled in accounts receivable, including client outreach via phone, text, and email.
  • Reliable and adaptable, with the ability to excel in high-pressure situations.
  • Familiarity with equine terminology and hands-on horse experience is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficient in computer systems, tablets, and cloud-based software.
  • Able to work 1-2 Saturdays per month (7:45 AM – 1:00 PM).
