Seven Bends Veterinary Hospital is looking for someone who enjoys working with people and pets. We are eager to have an experienced client service representative join our team!

Seven Bends Veterinary Hospital is a state-of-the-art facility. The building consists of 9,500 square foot complex that includes boarding facility to house 55 dogs and cats; a leased, independent grooming business; a state-of-the-art medical wing with six examination rooms, a surgical suite with room for three surgery tables, a large medical ward, treatment room with dental table, a fully equipped in-house clinical laboratory, a special procedures room for ultrasound studies, an isolation ward for patients with contagious diseases; a nuclear medicine ward to treat hyperthyroid cats with radioactive iodine; and a crematory.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and their pets with warmth and enthusiasm.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, providing responsive service and support.
  • Schedule appointments, handle billing inquiries, and process payments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Provide information on hospital services, policies, and procedures.
  • Collect and manage patient records with confidentiality and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service or client care, preferably in a veterinary or medical office setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to make clients feel welcome and at ease.
  • Proficiency in using computers and standard office software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A compassionate nature and a genuine love for animals.
