Qualified receptionists candidates will be compassionate, patient centered and motivated with excellent interpersonal, computer and time management skills. The ability to multitask and excellent verbal and written communication is essential. Applicants should be self-motivated and team player but able to work independently when needed. Previous work experience in a similar setting (medical or office) is preferred.
A passion and love for animals is key!
Responsibilities include greeting clients and pets, scheduling appointments, answering the phone, over the counter sales, financial transactions, and maintenance of the front desk area.
