Overview
Join our dynamic veterinary team as a Client Service Representative (CSR) and play a key role in both client experience and hospital growth!
We’re looking for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for social media, content creation, and marketing. This is a unique opportunity to combine exceptional customer service with creativity to help bring our hospital to life both in-person and online.
Responsibilities
- Be the first friendly face and voice for our clients and patients
- Manage phone calls, scheduling, and front desk flow with efficiency and warmth
- Create a welcoming, organized, and positive client experience
- Capture and create engaging social media content (photos, videos, stories)
- Assist with posting and maintaining hospital social media accounts
- Support marketing efforts including promotions, events, and client communication
- Help educate pet owners and ensure clear, consistent communication
- Maintain a clean and professional front desk and lobby area
- Collaborate with the team to highlight hospital culture and patient stories
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service experience (veterinary or medical office preferred, but not required)
- Interest or experience in social media, marketing, or content creation
- Comfortable using platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for animals and creating great client experiences
- Creative thinker who enjoys bringing new ideas to the table
Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!)
- Experience with Canva, basic photo/video editing, or content planning
- Background in veterinary medicine or animal care
- Interest in growing a brand and engaging with a local community
