We're looking for a Veterinary Customer Service Lead to help guide our front desk team and ensure an exceptional experience for our clients and their pets.

📍 Location: Pinnacle Peak Animal Hospital, North Scottsdale
🕐 Schedule: Full-time, including some evenings

The Role:

As the Customer Service Lead, you'll be the go-to person for front desk operations. You’ll mentor and support the receptionist team, coordinate scheduling and client flow, and ensure every client feels heard and valued. This is a leadership role with lots of client interaction, multitasking, and collaboration with our clinical team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front desk operations and client service flow
  • Provide training, support, and performance feedback to reception team
  • Handle escalated client concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Monitor phones, scheduling, and appointment communications
  • Ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient front desk environment
  • Collaborate with medical and management teams on client experience goals

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (veterinary or medical setting preferred)
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with veterinary software (e.g. Cornerstone, AllyDVM, etc.)
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • A genuine love for animals and their people
