Position: Customer Service Lead – Veterinary Medicine
Schedule: Full-time
Pay Range: $27–$31/hour

Who You Are:

  • You have 4+ years of veterinary medicine experience – you speak fluent vet-med and can jump into any conversation confidently.

  • You’re an expert in client communication, from nervous pet parents to challenging conversations.

  • Training, coaching, and conflict resolution? You're all over it – you’re the go-to person for uplifting teams and smoothing rough edges.

  • You’re a multi-tasking master, juggling phones, clients, techs, and the occasional office dog with grace.

  • You’ve got excellent verbal and written communication skills – clarity, empathy, and professionalism are your strengths.

  • You bring positive energy, laughter, and a whole lot of heart to everything you do.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead our customer service/front desk team with compassion and confidence.

  • Train new hires and mentor team members to shine.

  • Handle escalated client concerns with empathy and effectiveness.

  • Keep things moving in a busy, high-energy environment.

  • Be a crucial bridge between the clinical team and clients.
