Customer Service Representative

We are a busy veterinary hospital dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and outstanding service to their families. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our collaborative team.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience from check-in to check-out. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a high-energy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet clients, patients warmly and professionally
· Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
· Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures
· Process payments and maintain accurate medical records
· Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth workflow
· Manage client concerns with empathy and professionalism
· Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area
What we are looking for:
· Outstanding customer service and communication skills
· Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced setting
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Genuine desire to collaborate with dogs and cats
· Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
· Previous customer service experience required (veterinary experience preferred but not required)
