We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Client Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face of our clinic. If you’re someone who loves animals, enjoys helping people, and can keep calm when things get a little busy, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting clients and their pets with a smile (and maybe a treat)
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and helping with questions
• Checking patients in and out, taking payments, and going over invoices
• Updating client and patient records using our software (Avimark)
• Working closely with our vets and techs to make sure everything runs smoothly
• Keeping the front desk tidy and organized

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone with great people skills who’s kind, patient, and a good listener
• Organized and able to multitask, especially when it’s a busy day
• Experience in a veterinary or medical setting is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
• A true animal lover who understands that pets are family
