Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

We are looking for an up beat, professional, hard-working candidate with a friendly demeanor and a willingness to learn.

An ideal candidate should be organized, self-motivated, able to multi task, have excellent communication and customer service skills within a team-oriented atmosphere, all while demonstrating compassion and empathy towards pets and their parents.

Duties will include but not limited to:

- Scheduling appointments

- Confirming scheduled appointments

- Greeting clients

- Maintaining exam room cleanliness prior to next appointment.

- Prepping charts

- Maintaining lobby cleanliness

- Handling multiple phone lines

- Maintaining hospital flow

- Filling medications

- Assisting with patient restraint

- Assisting Technicians when needed

* Veterinary Hospital Experience Preferred

* Knowledge of AviMark preferred

Operating days:
Monday-Saturday

Closed on Sundays
