- Clinic is open 6 days per week: Mon-Fri 7am-6pm, Sat 8am-12pm

About You:
- Greeting clients and answering phones with a positive attitude at all times
- Scheduling appointments
- Helping check in and check out clients
- Triaging well and sick animals
- Helping take care of customer's needs with medications and diets
- Processing paperwork
- Handling financial transactions
- Discussing billing, appointment reminders and other notifications to patients
- Communication in timely and effective methods with veterinarians and other team members
- Positive attitude and TEAM Player personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Adaptable to the demands of the day
- Ability to work efficiently, and remain calm during stressful situations
