Job Description

West Hills Animal Hospital, located in the San Fernando Valley is seeking an exerienced CSR. The ideal candidate is a positive, empathetic person who can professionally manage any situation with a smile on their face. We are looking for a team oriented person with great communicaton skills and a deisre to excel. This position has the possibility of advancement to full-time. Some of the duties of this position are as follows.

You must have at least 2 years of recent experience working as a CSR in a veterinary hospital setting.

Consistently provide exceptional customer service in a friendly, empathetic manner.

Participate as a supportive, flexible and enthusiastic member of the team. Have experience answering a busy, multi line phone system. Accurately schedule appointments, enter client and patient information, process payments correctly and email receipts to clients.

Ability to facilitate patient medication requests.

Having experience with Avimark software is a plus.

Must have flexible availability- Some Saturdays required.

The hourly wage rate for this position is $18.50-$21.00/hour depending on experience.
