Job Description

Duties include but are not limited to:

· Answer phone calls on a multiline phone system

· Schedule appointments

· Placing outbound calls to pet parents for follow-up and future appointment bookings

· Respond and manage email correspondence

· Invoicing/billing; creating estimates, process payment

· File documents electronically

· Stock shelves

· Additional administrative & housekeeping duties

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time or Part-Time

Salary Range DOE: $17.00-$20.00/hour

Experience:

· Veterinary: 1 year (preferred)

· Receptionist: 2 years (required)

· Customer service: 2 years (required)
