Job Description

Pioneer Equine Hospital located in Oakdale, California is a full service equine referral hospital, seeking to fill a full time Front Office position.
We are looking to add to our already established front office team. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to 1) checking in and out clients both in person and via phone, 2) scheduling appointments for outpatient, surgery and ranch calls, 3) collecting payments and making collection calls, and 4) interacting with the veterinarians and technical staff to ensure the smooth running of the hospital. Teamwork, reliability, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude are a must! We would love to have someone with horse experience to provide the ideal service to our clients. Previous office work is a plus! The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm, with one Saturday a month from 8am to 12 pm. Pay rate is between $18 to $20 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
