Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, cheerful person to join our staff as a front office representative.

You will need to provide an excellent and expeditious client experience; greet clients, repond to questions, process incoming patients, invoicing and payments.

Answer phone calls, which may involve answering questions, screening for service needs and scheduling appointments. Handle incoming and outgoing fax and email requests. Monitor client waiting areas to ensure cleanliness. Document and maintain client information, service data and other pertinent information. Escalate complex matters to senior staff.

Experience preferred but not necessary

Full or part time. Sunday and Friday are a must.

Benefits available for full-time.

Competitive pay from $18 to $25 depending on experience.
