Job Description

We are looking for an exceptional Client Service candidate to join our team of dedicated and passionate people, who will excel at taking care of our clients and their beloved pets!

We are a fast-paced, long-established veterinary clinic looking for a candidate that excels in multi-tasking. You will work closely with the veterinarians, the veterinary technician team, and the kennel staff to assist with the care of our clients and their pets.

Our reception team is responsible for making appointments, checking clients in, handling medical records, answering telephone, and handling transactions. Completing these tasks with a friendly and positive attitude daily is vital to this role!

A teamwork attitude is a MUST. Attention to detail is a necessary attribute, and schedule flexibility is preferred. Veterinary Client Experience is a plus, but not required. We currently have Part time openings! Potential for full time in the future!

Compensation:  Competitive pay from $13 - $18 depending on experince.  Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision.
