Care Animal Hospital is expanding! Our current five doctor-practice is getting ready to renovate and grow, so we need more friends to join the team. With weekend, early morning, and late evening hours, shifts are flexible and built to accommodate an employee’s at-home and personal needs and requirements. We are a dynamic team that is hard to resist and make anyone and everyone feel at home and welcomed. We are invested in our community, with involvement with various shelters and programs, and strive to serve our clients with both professional and familial care.
The Client Service Representative’s (CSR) responsibility is to provide exceptional client service while maintaining a smooth and efficient flow of clients and patients through our hospital. More specifically, the CSR is responsible for greeting clients, determining the needs of the clients and patients, and completing the check-in and check-out process. The position requires a practical knowledge of our procedures and policies. The CSR is expected to perform the office duties related to patient care and treatment and to assist the Hospital Manager and doctors as needed.

- The base hourly range for this position is $15-18. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
- This position is also eligible for a periodic bonus.
