Client Service Representative (CSR) – Veterinary Clinic
We are a fast-paced, 4 doctor veterinary clinic looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team! If you thrive in a high-energy environment, love helping people and their pets, and enjoy being the heart of a team, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage a high-volume phone line (appointments, questions, triage support)
- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate clearly with doctors and medical staff
- Help keep the front desk running smoothly—even on our busiest days
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
- Positive, team-first attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous veterinary or medical front desk experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:
Full-time and part-time positions available, including some evenings (Tues/Thurs) and weekends.
Pay:
$16-19 Depending on experience
