Customer Service Representative (CSR) | Animal Care Center Panama City Beach

Location: 8501 Front Beach Road, Panama City Beach FL 32407
Schedule: Full-time (32–38 hours/week) | Hospital open 7 days/week, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Compensation: Starting at $16/hour
Benefits: Full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, uniform allowance, and pet care discounts

Animal Care Center Panama City Beach is seeking a friendly, professional, and highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team. As the only 24-hour veterinary hospital in the area, we take pride in delivering advanced medical care with compassion, and that starts the moment clients walk through our doors or call us.

About Us

Our hospital has proudly served the Panama City Beach community since 1984, offering a full range of veterinary services including general practice, urgent care, and emergency medicine. We operate 7 days a week and are known for our fast-paced, high-quality environment and a team culture built on support, humor, and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative who excels in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks while maintaining a warm, helpful demeanor. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a medical office or customer-facing role. Veterinary experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
  • Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Check patients in and out, process payments, and manage records
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and team members
  • Assist with general administrative duties and support the front desk flow
  • Help maintain a clean and organized lobby and reception area

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a medical, dental, or veterinary office preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
  • Reliable and flexible availability, including weekends and some holidays
