Are you a customer service superstar with a passion for pets? Join our fast-paced, community focused veterinary hospital as a Client Service Representative (CSR) at Hyde Park Veterinary Clinic! We are a 6-doctor, full-service General Practice, providing veterinary care to pets in the historic Hyde Park neighborhood of Tampa. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience to pet owners and their furry family members.

What You’ll Do:
· Welcome clients with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
· Schedule appointments and manage incoming calls and emails.
· Educate clients on hospital services, preventative care, and payment options.
· Process invoices, payments, and maintain accurate medical records.
· Work closely with veterinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
What We’re Looking For:
· Previous experience in customer service, veterinary, or medical fields preferred.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to multitask in a busy, team-oriented environment.
· Comfortable working around animals; enjoys puppy-kisses and kitty cuddles.
· Passion for providing outstanding client service and compassionate care.
