Veterinary Receptionist – Full-Time or Part-Time

We are looking for someone to join our team of dedicated individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional care to our patients and outstanding service to their families.

Martin Downs Animal Hospital is seeking a full-time or part-time Veterinary Receptionist for our busy practice in Palm City.

Pay is based on experience. Veterinary experience is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Scheduling appointments and surgeries
  • Preparing and maintaining medical records
  • Documenting medical histories
  • Answering a multi-line phone system
  • Processing financial transactions
  • Filling prescription medications
  • Maintaining the reception area and exam rooms
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients and patients

The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment is essential to this position.

Position Requirements:

  • Saturday rotation required (we are closed on Sundays)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
