Job Description

We are a 5 doctor, AAHA accredited general practice veterinary hospital located in the South Loop. Our state of the art facility features a surgical suite, full laboratory for in house diagnostics, a radiology suite with digital radiographs and ultrasonography, and a full kennel with secured outdoor walking areas. We are seeking a full time or part time Customer Service Representative to join our team! Due to being located in the South Loop, we do not have employee parking. There are several bus and train routes that are within 2 blocks of the hospital.

About You:

You must have customer service experience in a veterinary setting and want to join an upbeat and fast paced work environment with a high level of client interaction.

You must have experience scheduling appointments, answering phones, and collecting payment.

You are a self-motivated team player and are excited to work closely with clients and veterinary team members.

You have outstanding communication skills and are comfortable multitasking in a busy environment.

You are compassionate, empathetic, patient and enjoy working with clients and pets.

You have worked with AviMark software or are willing to learn.

You are available to work weekends and evenings.

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 36 per week
