Do you have a hydroflask and know what totchos are? Then you just might fit in with our family! At Portage Park Animal Hospital, we believe in teamwork, having each other’s back, learning from your teammates and promoting from within.
We are looking to hire a rock star for our client service representative position who is responsible with a great attitude, knows when to be serious and yet has the ability to laugh at themselves. You need to have exceptional communication skills, readiness to learn, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and jump in where needed.
This position interacts with pet parents a little bit more than pets, so strong communication skills and love for both humans and pets is essential. Animal hospital experience isn't necessary; we can train you for that. We do have a high call volume balanced with other administrative duties, but mostly you need to be comfortable on the phone. If you have stellar people skills like you see at Disney, Starbucks or Chick-fil-A, we want to meet you.
We’re looking to hire the right person for the long haul to grow with us. If you have a passion for animals and science and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, please email your resume to jobs@portagepark.com. Be sure to tell us why you think you’re the perfect fit…and if we need to introduce you to totchos.
