About Us:
Clinton Parkway Animal Hospital is a well-established, AAHA-accredited general practice offering both wellness and urgent care services in the heart of Lawrence, Kansas. We’re passionate about providing exceptional care to pets and their families, and we take pride in fostering a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment. Our hospital is equipped with modern diagnostic tools including a new ultrasound machine, dental X-ray, and a full surgery suite.

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk team full-time. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love animals and people alike, we’d love to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism

  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage reminders using eVet practice management software

  • Check in and discharge patients, ensuring all paperwork and payments are complete

  • Collect and accurately enter patient histories and client information

  • Handle financial transactions and invoicing

  • Collaborate with veterinary technicians, assistants, and doctors to ensure smooth client flow

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area

  • Educate clients on hospital services, preventive care, and products

  • Assist with client communication through phone, text, and our Happy Healthy Pets app

  • Uphold our hospital’s standards of care and service with empathy and integrity

Schedule & Compensation:

 

  • Full-time, including some Saturdays

  • Competitive pay based on experience
