Job Description

Are you passionate about pets and providing excellent customer service? We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Client Service Representative to join our dedicated team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming, supportive, and professional environment for pet owners and their furry companions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and caring attitude.
  • Schedule appointments, follow-up visits, and manage patient records.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries, offering guidance on services and procedures.
  • Handle billing, insurance claims, and payment processing.
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient front office.
  • Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Provide clients with education on basic pet care and preventative health.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous veterinary customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A love for animals and a genuine desire to help pet owners.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in basic computer systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, scheduling systems).

    • Base hourly rate of $18.00-$21.00 DOE
    • Eligible for periodic bonus (where applicable)
