Be the First Smile They See. Be the Reason They Come Back.

Hidden Valley Animal Hospital is growing—and we’re looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) who is passionate about both people and pets. • Greeting clients with warmth and professionalism (in person and by phone)

  • Checking patients in and out efficiently and with care

  • Scheduling appointments and managing records using our veterinary software

  • Assisting with client communication, payment processing, and maintaining a clean, welcoming front desk area

  • Supporting our team with urgent care check-ins and managing Blue Springs Animal Control cases

🐕‍? What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for someone who is:

  • Energetic, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about helping people and their pets

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Skilled in multitasking and staying calm under pressure

  • Experienced in customer service (veterinary or medical office experience is a plus!)

🌟 Why Join Hidden Valley?

  • We’ve been AAHA-accredited for 24 years, committed to providing top-tier care

  • Our culture is centered on teamwork, integrity, and dedication

  • We offer monthly lunch & learns and encourage continued education and personal growth

  • You’ll be part of a supportive, fun-loving team that puts patients and clients first—always

If you’re ready to join a practice that’s growing with purpose and values its people just as much as its patients, we’d love to hear from you.
