Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Client Service Representative at a busy animal hospital whose primary responsibilities include greeting clients as they arrive for appointments, scheduling appointments both in person and on the phone, helping clients complete necessary admission forms, filing, answering phones, taking messages, entering charges, reconciling cash drawers, and collecting payments from clients.


The ideal candidate should:

  • Have a positive attitude
  • Have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Be able to manage a large amount of incoming calls
  • Be comfortable working with computer systems
  • Remain calm, even in stressful situations
  • Keep up a fast pace
  • Be able to work cooperatively with other team members
  • Be comfortable working around animals and understand the needs of animal owners
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up, to ensure resolution
  • Be friendly
  • Be reliable

Schedule will be based on the needs of the hospital.
