Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Princeton, NJ

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, greeting them warmly in person, over the phone, and via email.
  • Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and assist with client check-in and check-out.
  • Provide clients with basic pet care information, answer questions, and help them understand treatment plans.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and veterinary staff, ensuring clear and accurate information.
  • Process payments, prepare invoices, and manage financial transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a clean, organized reception area to ensure a positive and welcoming environment.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support efficient practice operations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a customer service or veterinary setting is a plus but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in providing excellent service to clients.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, calmly, and compassionately, especially during stressful situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency with computers and ability to learn practice management software.

Salary Range: $16+/hr depending on experience
