Cherry Hill Animal Hospital is in need of a full time Client Service Representative. Eligible candidates should have experience in the client service department of a Veterinary Hospital or similar facility. We are looking for a flexible, career-minded individual that can work well in a fast paced environment. Schedules vary and Competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package are offered to all full time employees.

Job Duties:
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Other duties as requested
