Buffalo Small Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced veterinary Client Service Representative to join our administrative team.
BSAH has been committed to our community for decades. BSAH is AAHA certified and working towards a Fear Free Certification. Our hospital is currently a three doctor practice.
We are seeking an experienced client services professional to join our team. On a daily basis, the customer service representatives ensure that standards are being met for providing quality service to all our clients and their fur family. Strong candidates will have a positive attitude, friendly demeanor towards both animals and people and be detail oriented. The right candidate has the ability to multi task and can demonstrate the importance and understanding of high quality customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and or issues as necessary.
- A solid client experience commitment is imperative to succeed in this position.
- Strong initiative and the ability to understand the balance needed between business and staff needs and leading by example
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experienced in veterinary medicine
- Strong client service background
- Manage client expectations, keeping clients satisfied and expectations realistic.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The base hourly range for this position is $18 - $22. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
