Tribeca Soho Animal Hospital is looking for a temporary friendly and organized Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. As the first point of contact for pet owners, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive experience for both pets and their humans.

About Us

At Tribeca Soho Animal Hospital, we are committed to providing high-quality, fear-free veterinary care. Our services include preventative medicine, management of acute and chronic conditions, surgery, dentistry, and alternative therapies such as cold laser treatment. We support pets through all life stages with services like puppy and kitten socialization and compassionate pet loss support for clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet clients and their furry companions with warmth and professionalism
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as answering calls, managing check-ins, processing payments, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate patient care, including scheduling, record management, and communication between our veterinary team and clients.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area
  • Provide compassionate support to pet owners during stressful moments

Requirements:

  • Must have at least one year of experience in a veterinary receptionist role

Schedule:

Temporary Full-time: 30 – 40 hours per week (Monday – Saturday)
