Job Description
Busy AAHA accredited practice seeking a full-time Client Service Representative. You should be able to work flexible hours, from 7:30 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday. Must have great communication skills and excellent customer service skills.
Some of the duties include customer service, developing relationships with clients/co-workers, answering phones, preparing electronic medical records, collecting fees and scheduling appointments.

The Ideal Candidate
- Previous veterinary experience preferred
- Motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a love for animals
- Outstanding customer service and patient care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
