We are looking for a compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our teamAs a Veterinary Receptionist/CSR, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.

 

Responsibilities may include:

-Greet clients warmly and provide them with a positive first impression of our clinic

-Schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and respond to client inquiries promptly and courteously

-Input data to practice management software.

-Become familiar with retail products, medications, vaccinations, routine testing, and heartworm and flea preventatives.

-Handle patient admissions and medical records with accuracy and attention to detail

-Provide compassionate care and comfort to patients and their owners

- Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment
